Minutes of Meeting
Thursday, February 18, 2016
Members Present: Allen Mayville, Tom Houle, Richard Moore, Stan Brehm, Ann Davis arrived late, Jodi Pinard, Kristy McIntosh
Others Present: Richard DeBold
Called to order at 6:34pm
A motion was made by Richard Moore and seconded by Tom Houle to appoint Stan Brehm as acting Chair for the meeting. Motion Passes
The survey was reviewed question by question. There was discussion regarding how to reach all of the residents in town.
The Board will hopefully be ready to distribute the survey March 8, 2016
A Motion was made by Mr. Brehm to approve the survey based on the changes here tonight and input from CNHRPC. Seconded by Mr. Houle. All in favor, aye. Motion passes.
Adjournment-Being no further discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Moore and seconded by Mr. Mayville to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 pm.
